Our office has brought many people to work at Duke. We have assisted in their education of the University and Health System and, therefore, they have transferred to expand their knowledge to other areas of the institution. We now hire people with the expectation that they will be in the Office of Internal Audits for two to three years and eventually transfer within the University and Health System.
